Before you reach out, have your basic logistics locked down. We typically ask the following questions.
- The Venue: Is it indoors or outdoors? (High heat and wind are the natural enemies of latex!)
- The Ceiling Height: This determines if you need a 10-foot garland or a 30-foot masterpiece.
- The Occasion: A corporate brand launch requires a different, often sophisticated vibe than a “Two-the-Moon” birthday party.
2. Design and Details
To get an accurate quote, include these four pillars in your initial message:

| Date & Time | We can book up weeks in advance, especially weekends. |
| Delivery Address | Helps calculate delivery and setup fees. Will we be needing a freight elevator? Is there a loading bay? Is the event indoors or outdoors? |
| Inspiration Photos | “Organic garland” means different things to different people. We also do uniform styles and spiral designs, so visuals are key. |
| Color Palette | Mention specific shades (e.g., “dusty rose and champagne” instead of just “pink”). An attached photo or brand booklet is even better! |
| Budget | As professional balloon decorators, we can pivot the design to fit your price point. If your budget is tight, ask for “grab-and-go” options, where you would get a pre-made garland on a rope for you to install yourself on delivery, saving the cost of professional installation. |
Common Questions
“Do you use biodegradable latex?”
Yes! All of our latex is biodegradable and non-toxic.
“Will you send me a mockup of my design?” Yes, for corporate events, we do send a mockup for approval. If you have sent an inspiration photo or a photo you want to replicate exactly, we may send a revised version of the colors.
“Does the quote include breakdown/strike?” No. This is an add-on service, however many professional venues often do the breakdown themselves. Vancouver Convention Center and other hotels have previously offered this service to their booking clients, you may need to discuss this with the venue prior to booking.
“How long will the installation last?” We can install the day before, or the day-of. Installation takes 15-30 minutes maximum! Our driver is an industry professional who is able to setup easily and quickly.
3. Delivery
- Our driver will deliver as scheduled for your event, or between standard delivery hours (11am – 4pm).

- Your order will be completed exactly as discussed and if you received a mockup, our expert driver will replicate it on setup.
