Air filled Stand up, 4ft by 2ft aprox, sits on the floor with a water weight. Does NOT FLOAT. For indoor use. The colour of the balloons under of the letter or number can be customized to any of the following colours: https://balloonstudio.ca/balloons_balloon_11_inches_with_hifloat.
If you wish to change the colour of the balloons please check out with the product as is and at the very end of the check out process you will find a place for customer comments and instructions. There is no extra charge for color changes as long as it is a solid color.

There are no refunds on products, we warranty balloons only the day they are made, replacements can happen only the day you pick the balloons. If you need to order balloons the day before your event please be sure to let us know in the comment section in advance so we can extend our warranty for that day.
